അടൂർ ഗോപാലകൃഷ്ണൻ എന്ന പ്രതിഭാശാലിയായ സിനിമ സംവിധായകനെ പറ്റി ഗിരീഷ് കാസറവള്ളി സംവിധാനം നിർവഹിച്ച ഡോക്യുമെൻററി ആണ് ഇത്. അടൂർ ഗോപാലകൃഷ്ണനും ഗിരീഷ് കാസറവള്ളിയും തമ്മിൽ നടക്കുന്ന സംസാരങ്ങളിലൂടെയും ചോദ്യോത്തരങ്ങളിലൂടെയും വികസിക്കുന്നതാണ് ഈ ഡോക്യുമെൻററി . അടൂർ ഗോപാലകൃഷ്ണന്റെ സർഗാത്മക ജീവിതത്തെ അഞ്ച് ഭാഗങ്ങളായി ആയി തിരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അവയ്ക്ക് അടൂരിന്റെ തന്നെ ചലച്ചിത്രങ്ങളുടെ പേരുകളായ കഥാപുരുഷൻ, മുഖാമുഖം, നാലു പെണ്ണുങ്ങൾ, സ്വയംവരം, അനന്തരം എന്നിങ്ങനെയാണ് നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. അടൂർ ഗോപാലകൃഷ്ണന്റെ പ്രശസ്തമായ ചലച്ചിത്രങ്ങളിലെ ഭാഗങ്ങൾ കൂടി ഈ ഡോക്യുമെൻററിയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്
